The tooth body is constructed from high-quality cold extrusion 42CrMo, providing high density and preventing decarburization. CNC machining ensures absolute size consistency. Utilizing a specialized heat treatment process (40-45 degrees), the surface remains virtually oxidation-free.
The tooth head employs an isothermal quenching process to maintain hardness. We utilize YG10C cemented carbide to ensure stable quality. Optional welding wear-resistant layers can be added per customer requirements, reaching a hardness of over 65 degrees.
