Bench and production drilling tools include rods, shank adapters, couplings and bits. We provide 7 main threads: R3212, R32, HL38, T38, T45, T51, T60, ST58 and ST68. These are compatible with button bits, cross bits, and reaming products.

Drifter Rods: Also known as tunneling steels or tunneling rods. Available in round and hexagon shapes. Hexagon rods are more rigid, heavier, and transfer energy more efficiently while increasing flushing capacity.

Extension Rods: Known as extension drill steel or speed rods (M/F rod). Round rods are generally lighter and used in extension applications. M/F drill steel features a duplicate thread on each end of the steel for longer reach.
