Drill pipe is hollow, thick-walled, steel piping used on drilling rigs to facilitate the drilling of a wellbore. These pipes come in various sizes, strengths, and weights, typically ranging from 30 to 33 feet in length. Their hollow design allows drilling fluid to be pumped down the hole and back up through the annulus.
Engineered to support its own weight over combined lengths that can exceed one mile into the Earth's crust, our drill stem is built for durability and extreme conditions. Used drill stems are meticulously inspected and sorted before redeployment to new sites.
